My alarm didn't ring — what should I check?

Open the fingerprint in the Shifts tab and make sure its alarm is enabled. Alarms use iOS AlarmKit, so they ring through Silent and Focus. To snooze, use the on-screen snooze button — iOS controls the physical buttons for all alarms.

Can I use my own sound for an alarm?

Yes. Pick any fingerprint, choose a tone from the built-in library, or select a video whose audio becomes the alarm sound.

Where is my data stored?

Entirely on your device. Dawami Shifts works fully offline with no account — nothing is uploaded, tracked, or shared.

How do I export my attendance report?

Open the monthly summary and export it as a PDF or Word (DOCX) file, then share it via the standard iOS share sheet.

Which iOS versions are supported?

iOS 17 and later. The alarm features that pierce Silent and Focus use AlarmKit, which requires iOS 26 or later.
